I used the chorizo seasoning for ground Turkey burritos and it would be hard to convince me it wasn't a lean meat. Awesome seasoning. Will be buying more!

Used these casings the last few years for deer sausage. They allow great smoke into the meat and I haven’t had any split while maintaining 215 degrees or less. Anyone that knows Bearded Butchers in the cooking world always smile as soon as they see the logo when I pull a log out of the fridge to cut up for a gathering!!
