You cant go wrong with this DIY kit. It includes everything including sauce! You really dont need to smother these brats in sauce though. The flavor is perfect without sauce. I made bratwurst with this flavor and they have been the go to at all the family barbecues. The flavor is great and having the kit makes it super easy to stuff bratwursts. These were the first casings I’ve had that didn’t require any work before stuffing. (Soaking in water etc)
