They have what I need for our personal butcher shop. We will buy again when needed for sure.

I chose this because it allows me to either hone (straighten) the already sharp edge most of the time. Periodically, it allows me to sharpen my knives with the same tool. It works so well that I have purchased 4 more sets of this tool, 6", and 8" knives for my kids for Christmas. The knives are kept perfect with this tool. I bought sheaves to keep them sharp in the drawer.

It works great. I have a combo cut steel I bought in 1980's a cutco. It's a little worn . This victorinox tuned up all my knives in no time razor sharp.thank you

Worked like a charm. So happy with this product. Had to cut up 34 pounds of Rib-eyes, no problem.

good looking product ,fills good in you hand, haven't got to use yet cutting up meat.

I got this on recommendation from YouTube video. It was a little pricey but it’s a good quality product for knife honing.

I don't like the sheath for the boning knife. It does not secure the knife in the sheath at all. I think you can come up with a better design of the sheath so i don'c wind up getting cut by a very sharp knife. Love you guys!!!!

I purchased the knife and steel, love it, keeps it sharp and ready to go.

I sharpen knives as a hobby. This sharpener replaced my old kitchen steel and was a nice upgrade. Comfortable handle and I like the two different surfaces. You won't be disappointed.

the two smooth sides have the same surface as the entire F. Dick honing steel.

This is a solid and perfectly balanced honing steel. The best one I've owned. There are two different surfaces and it has a very sturdy handle and guard. A few swipes and you're ready to cut. Top quality IMO!
