This is a handcrafted black walnut cutting board with Purple Heart inlays. The black walnut is locally sourced in Ohio. The Purpleheart is imported from South America and is very unique for its density and natural purple color.

The board has a deep juice groove and edge cut finger grooves for easy lifting. It also features the Bearded Butcher logo carved out in the corner.

Dimensions of the Cutting Board are approximately: 18" x 14" x 1.5" (Our large cutting board is approximately: 22" x 16.5" x 1.5").

Got the board and it looks like it's extremely well made. The attention to detail on the cutting is excGot the board and it looks like it's extremely well made. The attention to detail on the cutting is excellent! The only issue I had was the protective black cover was damaged during shipping so ithas a ripped hole on one side of the cover for the board. It would be great if I got a replacement but other then that the cutting board worth every penny! ellent! This could be my favorite cutting board along side my Montana Knife company one. Right out of the bag you can tell this is of high quality. It was so gorgeous I didnt want to use it but I also did not want to not use it as that would also be an injustice to it. It has already been quite the conversation starter with 2 friends who came over and saw it. I would not be surprised if they order one as well. Hopefully soon I will also but the larger one!
