All orders with these frozen bratwurst are shipped in insulated packaging. Our frozen item ship days are typically Mon, Tue, & Wed each week. We do not ship frozen items on Thurs, Fri, or Weekends. Your order may be shipped several days after being ordered. This is to ensure it arrives as cold as it can and that we avoid product sitting idle in trucks or warehouses over the weekend.

These Brats are the best!! The flavor is amazing. The casing used is perfect not to thick and still has a snap. Fat content is just right. I have shared with family and friends. They have purchased already. For those still on the fence try them. You will come back for more as I have.

Highly recommend!! These brats are delicious. Shipping is quick and packaging is great to keep them frozen in transport. We started with Bearded Butcher seasonings and then tried their meats. We’ve loved everything we’ve tried so far. Can’t wait to try more scrumptious items from them.

Nice! Well done. We like it spicy... will hit the middle of the pack just right. Flavor comes through. Smoked on a Traeger, low and slow. Crisp outside, moist on the inside.
The pumpkin cranberry... A bit sweet for my pallet. Breakfast sausage perhaps? Wife on the fence. Cooked on a Traeger smokie slow. Nice snap and tender on the inside, turned out great.
Very good brats great taste smoked them with mesquite chips over charcoal topped with pico de gallo on a brioche bun!

Ordered the multi-flavor pack of brats so I could try some different ones and have definitely been satisfied.. They taste much better than the national brand, and are better for you since they don't have all the crap in them. Definitely will be buying more in the future!!
These brats are the best brats we've ever had, and we are ranchers and raise our own grass fed beef and poultry. So we know and appreaciate quality meat products. Have shared with family and neighbors and all agree, best ever.

Been watching bearded butcher content for a while now mainly trimming cuts of meat and breaking down entire cows and what not. A vid of there’s popped up talking about bratwurst and the kits they offer and then a vid of them making them and I knew instantly that I need to try them.
Couldn’t decide which flav I wanted to go so I got the variety pack that also came with 2 free packs of the firecracker brawts. And man there is not one bad flav or so so flav. They all hit! Literal flavor explosion in the mouth from the original to the limited time flav Firecracker.
The firecracker are favorite ones out of them all to the point that I’ve placed 3 or 4 orders of them so far as they don’t last in my house.
The southern peach is a great option for a breakfast brawt and pairs really well with a waffle or even pancake drizzled with some maple syrup.
When it’s doable I like to pair any flav with pretzel braids from The Pretzel Company for the buns which just amplifies the flavor of alol the brawts all around.
I do wish they would keep around the Firecracker flav as they really do hit on everything from the heat (which isn’t bad, but I do like hot stuff) to the seasoning and that cheese explosion when taking a bite.
@Bearded Buthers y’all can easily replace the original brawts with the firecrackers as y’all’s take on a original brawt (The Bearded Butchers Original) take the original brawt up 12 notches and that’s not saying anything bad about the original as those are good but yalls version is that much better!
We tried the 12 pack for the first time about a month ago, and we were so impressed that we immediately ordered it again. Each flavor we tried was better than the last, so it's hard to pick a favorite, although the Tailgater, the Jalapeño & Cheddar, and the Mushroom & Swiss are perhaps all tied for first. But all were great, so we highly recommend trying any of the flavors in the pack. If you're anything like us, you will love the one you're with!
