I just wanted to start by saying I rarely feel compelled to review anything. Products all over have been getting cheaper and cheaper and customer service feels like a thing of the past. The Bearded Butchers blew me away. Let’s talk customer service real quick. I placed my order and was patiently awaiting its arrival when I received my delivery confirmation. I rushed to my mailbox only to discover my mail carrier had left my box open and someone had stolen my package. I messaged the Bearded Butchers to let them know what had happened and that I’d need to re order, I was told right away that it was unnecessary and they would be sending a replacement free of charge. What!? Who does that anymore? This was the mail carriers fault not their fault, and yet they instantly stepped up for customer satisfaction. A++ customer service. Now for the product. I ordered the kydex sheath for the victorinox boning knife. The quality surpassed my expectations. From the layout of the clip and holes for lashing, to the fit and finish, and even the kydex material itself, everything just stood out as excellence. I have many kydex sheaths and I don’t know what is so different about this one but it is just better for some reason. I recommend the Bearded Butchers on their customer satisfaction approach alone, but if you are in the market for a kydex sheath for your processing knives that is just a step above the rest, then you will be 110% satisfied with the Bearded Butchers, I sure am.
