Cut up six chickens in about five minutes.

Had a slight issue with the knife sheath. Contacted their customer service and my issue was corrected in a professional and courteous manner.

Amazing knife!

I use this knife for cutting almost everything. Its perfect for boning out large cuts of meat and for me, "don't judge me" lol, I dice up vegetable with it also. I am just comfortable using it. The kydex sheath is awesome. The knife fits perfectly and I can clip it to my belt without taking it off. I use the steel every time I take the knife out. It keeps the blade razor sharp. I really can't say enough about this set, I use it daily.
