Love the quality...just a bit too salty

I ordered two kits from the Bearded Butchers was very happy with the delivery (fast and on ice!) as well as the quality of the product. The Jalapeño Cheddar came out fantastic. The Original Bratwurst package seems to be on the salty side for me. I used the proper amount of meat. Not sure if this was a one-off or if that is how they were supposed to be. Could be a matter of taste, but in hindsight I would have backed off the seasoning by about 20%. Overall great experience and would definitely order from them again.

They were ok.

The Original Bratwurst were ok. I have made two batches of the Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst and my family and I really, really like them. The Original Brats are just ok, not great, not bad, they were ok.
