I have made many different meat products in the past here at the house but had never tried jerky. I ordered a three pack of jerky seasoning recently and gave it a try. I watched the video that was sent to me via email. It turned out amazing. So much so that I am going to take an extra deer this year just for jerky.
I also used the seasoning on beef muscle meat just to see if it would turn out the same. Other than the obvious difference in taste between beef and venison, it turned out as well.

This Apple cinnamon seasoning is amazing! Very very delicious! We have used the regular breakfast seasoning which is great as well but this is the best. It smells up your whole house in a great way! I like how it is a fine powder and not big chunks so it mixes very well with pork sausage. Definitely going to purchase it again!

Love the nacho flavor. I used 70/30 mix of venison and beef round steak. Ground and stuffed in mahogany snack sticks with high temp cheddar cheese. I might use pepper jack next time for even more spice.
