I stumbled upon an AMAZING combination - I suspected that the ranch seasoning would make a great compliment to the Black seasoning on beef, and I was NOT disappointed. I put a generous dusting of Ranch on my NY strip, then covered it with Black. Air fryer until medium - the flavor was AMAZING! The tang of the ranch topped with the great crust and rich flavor of the Black! I then tried the same combo on burgers and I don't think I'll ever eat them another way!
This was my first time doing link sausages. I used the Salt and pepper blend. With the video you did in regards to stuffing the casings I was able to create my links with out any problems. Links turned out amazing and flavorful. Thanks to Bearded Butchers for their product and videos. Thank you

I visited my mom during a holiday weekend so I thought I would buy us some steaks and some treats for her cats. Her cats loved it.
Ordered the multi-flavor pack of brats so I could try some different ones and have definitely been satisfied.. They taste much better than the national brand, and are better for you since they don't have all the crap in them. Definitely will be buying more in the future!!

I have been watching the bearded butchers for over a month now, on YouTube. I’ve learned so much about cutting meat and what different cuts look like during the butchering process. I love my Victorinox knives and the spices that I purchased, five stars as far as I’m concerned.

We’ve made a lot of venison jalapeño cheddar summer sausage over the years but this was by far the best!
I tried the Maple link kit and it was Awesome. I also added the blueberries for the little extra kick. I highly recommend this one.
