Old Fashioned Ring Bologna (Trail Bologna tied in a ring to cook) is flavored with Salt, Pepper, Garlic and whichever meat you choose to use! This easy bundle takes the guesswork out of making a classic meat snack.

This is a fantastic recipe, I added mustard seed, jalapeño, and cheddar cheese. I’ll make it again this deer season except I’m putting it in summer sausage casings.

I have made 150lbs of this ring bologna recipe. It is a perfect blend of spices. Typically with these kits I need to add seasoning to make them more flavorful. This kit requires no doctoring at all. This was a great kit, the flavor is excellent. I ground the meat 3 times and it had a good consistency not crumbly but not completely smooth it was a 50/50 mix deer/pork shoulder
