A bit of a secret outside of Creston, Ohio, but still a top seller, Bearded Butcher Mushroom & Swiss bratwursts are always a customer favorite. If you can't make the trip to Creston, our Mushroom & Swiss Bratwurst DIY Kit is available so you can make them at home! 

Just add 25 lbs of your favorite protein and you'll have yourself some delicious brats in no time! We make and sell ours with pork, but they're great with beef, bison, venison and elk too!

This kit includes:

• 1 Pack Bearded Butcher Classic Bratwurst Seasoning (9oz)
• 1 Pack of Mushroom Bits and Pieces (4oz)
• 1 Pack of High Temp Diced Swiss Cheese (2.5 lb)
• 1 Pack of 32-35mm Natural Hog Casings
