Definitely will be using this kit again! Great flavor.

80% bear (good tasting bear), 20% ground pork. Added mixes according to the great/easy-to-understand set of instructions. Stuffed with difficulty (small bore makes for tough stuffing), smoked, and enjoyed. These are seriously addicting; it's one of the best snack sticks I've had. Snappy texture, you can taste the jalapeño rather than just spice. Will be doing this again in the future!
