Bearded Butcher Kielbasa Seasoning is a clean, simple, delicious spice blend that is great for fresh OR smoked Kielbasa. There are dozens of different Kielbasa blends that vary regionally, and our blend's flavor profile is on the milder side. It is a delicious blend as is, but if additional flavors are desired (heat, smoke, sugar) then feel free to add additional spices as you see fit.

- 1 pack of 32mm Fresh Collagen Casing (2 strands) to stuff 25 lbs
