Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how The Bearded Butchers, operated by Bearded Butcher Blend of Creston, Ohio ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on beardedbutchers.com. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They let the site remember your actions and preferences, such as what is in your cart. We also use similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage and tracking pixels, which work in a similar way. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.

Cookies set by our own website are "first-party" cookies. Cookies set by other companies whose services we use on our site, such as Google or Meta, are "third-party" cookies.

How we use cookies

We group the cookies on our site into the following categories:

  • Necessary: required for the store to work, for example keeping items in your cart, remembering your currency and region, security, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.
  • Functional: support features such as embedded videos and remembering choices you make on the site.
  • Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive, so we can improve it. Providers include Shopify, Google Analytics and Klaviyo.
  • Performance: help embedded services, such as YouTube videos, load and play reliably.
  • Advertisement: used by us and our advertising partners, including Google and Meta (Facebook), to show you relevant ads, measure how well our ads work, and limit how often you see the same ad.

Your choices

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar regions: when you first visit, our cookie banner asks for your consent before we use any cookies other than Necessary cookies. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category.

Visitors in the United States: where state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, including for targeted advertising, you can do so with the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our cookie banner.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block Necessary cookies, parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may not work.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are placed by third-party services we use. These companies may process information about your visit under their own privacy policies:

Our Store Locator shows logos of the retailers that stock our products. Some of these images load from the retailers' own websites, which may set their own cookies on your device. We do not control or use these cookies.

Cookies we use

The table below lists the cookies currently found on our site, grouped by category, with what each does and how long it lasts. It updates automatically when our cookie list changes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
