Original Beef Jerky

It tasted pretty much like most of the convenience store stuff and has the same texture. I kind of expected more out of a real butcher shop. I would gladly send a bag of my go to that you can't buy on line if they are interested in making real beef jerky.

Excellent!

The flavor is very similar to Jack Links jerky.
However, the meat is of a *much* higher quality. No sinew to gag on. It’s the best jerky I’ve had. Delicious.
