Jalapeño Cheddar Snack Sticks DIY Kit
By popular request, we've put together a Jalapeño Cheddar Snack Sticks DIY Bundle, that comes with everything you need to make delicious snack sticks in Jalapeño Cheddar flavor. Spicy Jalapeño flakes and powder bring the heat and Cheddar Cheese rounds off the flavor profile. Enjoy the fresh zing of jalapeño coupled with creamy Cheddar cheese.
We like to make snack these sticks with beef, bison, and wild game like venison, elk and antelope.
This kit includes:
- 1 pack Salt & Pepper Base Seasoning (9oz) for 25 lbs of meat
- 1 pack 17mm Mahogany Smoke Stick Collagen Casings (4 strands) for 25 lbs
- 1 pack Sodium Nitrite Curing Salt 6.25% 1oz for 25 lbs (This product contains sodium nitrite with a concentration of less than 10%).
- 1 pack Dried Diced Jalapeños and Powder (4oz)
- 1 pack High Temp Cheddar Cheese (2.5 lbs for 25 lbs)
We did mule deer snack stix with the jalapeño chedder .
It was the earliest process and they are fantastic 5 stars best product I have used.
Mixed up this kit with a 50/50 deer to pork ratio, smoked it myself. Turned out absolutely amazing. Will be ordering more forsure!! Great taste. Love the casings aswell gives the Smokey a nice snap

Used this kit for my first time making the snack sticks. I think they turned out as good as any I’ve ever had. The kit had everything I needed and I enjoyed the process. Highly recommended!
Title says it all, I mix 50/50 my venison trimmings with beef brisket and they are fantastic. This kit is idiot proof (trust me i know first hand because sometimes I’m an idiot) just follow the directions and you won’t have any problems.
