Added to my first try at making summer sausage (used bearded butcher kit!) and it came out excellent. Great jalapeno flavor when added in the ratio they recommend, add more for spice enthusiasts.

I used this to make jalapeno cheddar venison summer sausage,snack sticks, and brats and it is great! Good flavor and perfect amount of spice in my opinion. The simplicity of the kits with pre measured ingredients in the bags is awesome! The pdf instructions plus their youtube videos are super helpful for beginners. I will definitely be a repeat customer with making all my venison products.
