I am a first time orderer of Bearded Butcher products. Being my first time ever making summer sausage, I was quite nervous. I put the mustard seed in with my meats. It turned out amazing. Everybody that has tried the summer sausage has loved it. I will definitely be ordering more of their products. I would give all the products I bought as a A+.

First timer here and everything turned out great using bearded butcher kits and seasoning.

Perfect amount of seeds for my summer sausage

I used the mustard seed packs in both the summer sausage kit and the ring bologna kit. I thought they were good quality and complimented the products I made nicely.
