So glad i ordered this with my kit for making the jalapeno cheddar summer sausage. I really did debate if I needed or wanted it, and i must say, I needed it and my taste buds wanted to try it, now my taste buds need it. I'm about to make another batch of elk jalapeno cheddar summer sausage and I'll be adding this to my next order as well. The mustard seed added that little bit of extra flavor and my sausage turned out great. Just do yourself a favor to add some flavor and get it. You won't be sorry.

about 4 years ago i made some venison summer sausage and it turned out great, but i have not been able to replicate it,
for the last 2 months I've been watching your videos religiously, i ordered your DYI kit for summer sausage, when i got it i watch your video on making venison summer sausage another 3x to make sure i got it all correct, i wrote down everything.
i made it this past saturday, the only process i did was hang it in my cold smke house for 3 hours then I went to my pellet grille.
Man! it turned out the best i have ever made, everyone at work is just raving about it!!!
thank you for such great products and the very detail process you guys do, really appreciate you sharing it. I've got a guy at work that ordered from you so we can do it together, ill be ordering more.
