Best brats that I ever made.Everyone that tries these love them. When you bite into one you get a burst of three flavors in your mouth (mango, maple, and jalapeño).

Made these from venison and they taste good. Only downside is cooking too hot will result in a burnt sugar mess.

I have made 3 batch’s of these over 350 brats. I do an 50/50 mix of pork and venison. Everyone who has tried them say they are the best brats they have ever had.

The mango tango bratwurst taste amazing. The flavors of the jalapeño, mango and maple sugar go very well together. The most amazing thing about any bearded butcher brand kit you get is the amount of flavor you get compared to other seasoning companies.
