Outstanding meat Knife for Detail Work
Got this knife as I started as a butcher's apprentice. A few months in, and it’s still nice and sharp, despite a ton of trimming and cutting. Easy to control when doing precise cuts like tenderloin trimming, and still sturdy enough to cube up tough cuts like picnics. The sheath is a godsend too. It stays very secure on my belt, which is not at all a "work belt", and helps me keep my knife away from the other butchers, which prevents it from dulling faster. It also doesn't protrude much, and it’s easy to adjust the angle at which the sheath sits for comfort and convenience. Would highly recommend to anyone doing professional butcher work.

I used the knife to break down my first diet this year and it's very sharp and it made the process fast and easy. I am waiting for them to be available again. Thanks again

I used this knife to process an elk last weekend and it worked amazing! I originally purchased it for a wild bison hunt I’m going on during the next couple of months.

Best Hunting Knife I believe that has ever been offered, I have been religiously using outdoor edge products previously to this, but sometimes you just need a boning knife, and this knife can do it all, as well as assist with quartering and packing out with ease. A purchase you will never regret!

This knife really does makes deboning a chicken a "breeze". Ribs and trimming roasts up, are just fun, instead of being a chore. The sheath helps to keep the edge sharp with out coming in contact with other items in the drawer. I recommend these knives to anyone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen.

I buy these knives for my brother for Christmas. This is my second year giving him one. He is in love with these knives. He does taxidermy and raves about the pretty work he can do with them. You guys have great product.

I ordered my Victorinox boning knife to process our Thanksgiving turkey. The kydex sheath came in very handy, and held the knife securely. I've recommended this to all of my friends and family. It is definitely a "must have" on the homestead!!

The boning knives do a very good job when processing deer.

I have always been interested in processing my own deer and up until i started watching Breaded butchers you tube channel, only cut it up and used how ever i could. I have learned how to make summer sausage along with many other items such as brats and snack sticks and have ordered many spices and ingredients to do so. Items from the Breaded Butchers are the one thing my wife never says anything about when she sees their packages that I've ordered on porch.

I’m very satisfied with the flavored seasonings we recently purchased. The Cinnamon Swirl and the Ranch Flavor. We used the Ranch on our salads and vegetables and it enhanced the taste. Our friends and family enjoyed it also. We enjoy Bearded Butchers products.

Added a few sliced thin Jalapenos uncooked to the batch with Cheese..Can't stop eating it.
