8" Fibrox Breaking Knife AND Kydex Sheath Combo Kit

I love the way the handle feels iny hand while cutting. It's lightweight and the sheath is perfect for keeping the blade safe. Love the bearded butcher pic on the blade

I haven't used it much as I got it after hunting season but using it to slice roasts for steaks and large jerky slices, this knife can't be beat. I don't know how long it will maintain the edge, but the steel looks good and everything is working great so far. I have zero concerns on resharpening as needed. Good product.

I was well pleased when I received my knives. The stout quality and rugged look were outstanding. My only issue was I did expect a better edge on the knives. But after a quick touch up they are fantastic. The handle fits perfectly in my hand and the sheath that it comes in is great. Very pleased and expect these knives to last many many years.

This knife is a workhorse. It melts through large cuts for steaks or cutting meat for grinding. Holds an edge for a long time as well. Fits solid in the holster. I don’t wear the holster though. I only bought the combo so that it could store safely in it’s holster for transport or storage to prevent accidents, especially with children around.

The knife and sheath are just what they are advertised to be. The knife fits like a glove and securely locks into the kydex sheath. The knife is typical Victorinox, high quality with a nice blade and handle. A good quality purchase for home butchering and kitchen use. My only request is I wish the sheath had a way to be opened up, so it was easier to clean inside. Otherwise, I love it!

Love these knifes

You can certainly find a cheaper knife, but you’ll be sharpening it much more. This knife seems to stay sharp even when I hit the bone. Very happy with it.

I just used this knife for the first time last week and it works wonderfully. It is extremely sharp, flexible when needed. It's easy to grip and very light in weight. I would highly recommend this knife to anybody looking for a really good, sharp knife without breaking the bank.

I had the 6 in and bought the 8 in to help me actually butcher vs hack up a deer. This knife made the process an absolute dream. Paired with their videos gave me confidence and my cuts looked like actual cuts of meat. Thank you Guys!

Same quality as the 6 inch. Very nice knife for the job. Must admit it’s a little bit bigger than I’m used too and absolutely takes some getting used to. Totally made for bigger jobs. Happy with my purchase!!

I’m a butcher by trade and I bought this knife to keep in my knife roll. It’s one of my favorites.

The boning knife and breaking knife are both excellent adds to my collection.

Bearded butchers seasonings a bit expensive, but I haven't found one I didn't like yet.
