Fibrox 6" & 8" Boning/Breaking Knives and Sheaths Combo Kit

Worked great for their first Muley butcher. Hung, skinned and deboned in less than 90 minutes. Muley tenderloin on the cutting board. Knife in the picture as well.

These knives were a Christmas gift to mom and dad! Every Christmas we have a pig roast and the number one problem is dull knives. Well I am happy to report that this past Christmas that problem has been resolved! Best knives ever! :)

Ive used koch and griptex knives of similar shape and feel but your victorinox keep a better edge for certain

I ordered theses knives as a gift for a friend. The Post Office screwed up the routing and they didn't get here on time. I decided to keep them. The knives are very sharp and fit well in the hand. The knives definitely serve their intended purpose. The Sheath for the breaking knife does not hold the knife snugly. It is loose in the sheath and will fall out if turned upside-down. My video won't upload.

I bought 4 knifes. Two boning and two filet. I used them to skin, bone and cut up my 3 deer this year. When I started they were very sharp but after sharpening they just would not hold an edge for long at all and I would have to keep sharpening after about 5 min of cutting. The knifes themselves fit good in your hand however they just don't have the weight or the quality I thought I was getting. Oh well, another set of disappointing knifes.

I have used a lot of "affordable" knives for butchering, and these are great! They hold a sharp edge for a long time, light weight and comfortable grip!

I gave this set to my son as soon as we used them to debone his buck he shot this season. My son is 14yo but I know he will be using these knives for many years to come. We love them.

High quality metal; super sharp out of the box. The Bearded Butcher guys make it look easier than it is, but man a good knife makes a world of difference. The molded knife cases are great as well. I am very pleased so far!

I bought these as a birthday gift for my son-in-law who works as a butcher. To say these were a huge hit would be an understatement. He used them to help us cut up four briskets, pork loin, chicken, and sausage for a family reunion. I tried one of them out myself, and will likely be ordering some for us as well. They seem to be of excellent quality. Shipping was super fast. I was very happy with this purchase.

These knives are super sharp right out of the package. I almost cut my pinky finger open using the boning knife. A quick minor slip and the tip got me. So please watch your digits! These are a great knife introduction into the Victorinox lineup, I’ve watched TBB videos and was impressed at how effortless they cut through the meat and fat layers. I’d definitely recommend these and look forward to purchasing more later on.

I bought my son in-law the 6” and 8” combo set for Christmas. He loved it and can’t wait for our next deer butcher!! We get 3 or 4 guys together and have a great time

Love these knives, I have the Fibrox 6" & 8" Boning/Breaking knives and sheaths combo kit and both make breaking down any cut of meat easy. They "cut" my deer processing time in half. It is amazing what the proper tools can do for you. I highly recommend either size, but I do like the smaller 6" for maneuvering around bones.

I have been very happy with the combo. We broke down two bucks with them without needing to sharpen and the sheathes give more security of knowing the blades are protected in the truck from getting nicked up or nicking me or my sons! Very nice addition to nice knives!
