Amazing product! I have knifemaking as a hobby but could never get a knife edge as sharp as the one obtained with this Victorinox Sharpener.

Works great!! It's crazy I own a slaughter house about an hour and half away from there congrats on what you guys have done.

Average at best. For that price tag and for the reputation you all have i was very dissappointed

Hey guy's, absolutely love my Victorinox boning knife and Kydex sheath. The only issue I had with my order is that being from Canada and my local dealer not handling all of your products I had to order directly from your store. The only issue was the shipping cost being as much as my order and not having the option to choose a shipping carrier such as USPS/Canada Post. Most US companies I have ordered from over the years this option is usually offered and is alot cheaper then Purolator. That being said that was my only issue with my order. Keep up the great work.

The hand held sharpener is the best one of the previous unnamed ones I’ve purchased. Another successful purchase from bearded butchers.

Love this knife! Been working on grinding some of our game from last season and cutting up the pork to mix with the chunk meat and this is by far the best knife I have ever had.

Love it!

As a knife sharpener it works very well.

However its a little scary to have the knife blade pointing at your hand holding the sharpener. There's only a relatively thin "shield" between you and blood. A moments inattention could be painful or worse.

I always trust products from the BB but I was a little skeptical of this sharpener because of the low cost even after great reviews but I was wrong !!! Does an amazing job !! Love it !

It is very easy to use and works quite well.

I have had hand-held sharpeners before and none of them even comes close to the Victorinox Hand held sharpener. I took a couple of my other boning knifes that had blades that really had gotten pretty bad. Ran it though that sharpener a few times and was amazed at the edge it brought back. I also picked up a full size stone to really do some work on my knives but this sharpener was so good I actually wrote the bearded butcher team to ask them why I would even need a stone. Impressive. My wife and I are super happy to have quality tools to keep our knives sharp and safe. I've got a group of 12 guys coming to the house on Saturday to make venison sausage and everyone gets a presicion blade to work with!!!

I purchased the 10", 8" and 6" knives and ao far I love them!

This thing even sharpened my old kitchen knives!

Purchased the 10” knife and breaks down bigger cuts easily and with little effort. Very sharp and the sharpener we purchase updated all the knives in the drawer too. Great knife and sharpener!

The handle lets you get a firmer grip! Some other sharpeners are small and precarious to hold on to! Plus it does a great job too!!
