Jalapeño Cheddar Snack Sticks DIY Kit

By popular request, we've put together a Jalapeño Cheddar Snack Sticks DIY Kit, that comes with everything you need to make delicious snack sticks in Jalapeño Cheddar flavor. Spicy Jalapeño flakes and powder bring the heat and Cheddar Cheese rounds off the flavor profile. Enjoy the fresh zing of jalapeño coupled with creamy Cheddar cheese. 

We like to make these snack sticks with beef, bison, and wild game like venison, elk and antelope. 

 

This kit includes:

• 1 pack Salt & Pepper Base Seasoning (9oz) for 25 lbs of meat
• 1 pack 17mm Mahogany Smoke Stick Collagen Casings (4 strands) for 25 lbs 
• 1 pack Dried Diced Jalapeños and Powder (4oz)
• 1 pack High Temp Cheddar Cheese (2.5 lbs for 25 lbs)
• 1 Pack of Bearded Butcher Sodium Nitrite Cure (1oz)
