Love how you guys go step my step on everything you prepare… made the sticks found out on the smoker I need to babysit the meat a little more set it to 180 pulled when internal temperature was 160 and sprayed down with water a lot of way over cooked ends ( hard as a rock ) other then my mistake the sticks are awesome and thank you both for all you do for everyone!!

I used this on some Moose meat. I was very good I will buy it again. I made approx. 15# and used half of the 25# package of seasoning
