Our sage seasoning is perfect for pairing the flavor of a country style seasoning with an extra kick of sage. Sage is a savory, bold flavored, almost minty, aromatic herb. It's an excellent seasoning for pork, turkey, beef and wild game.  We use it primarily for sausage patties and links, but it's also great for seasoning meatballs, pot roasts and meat loaf!

  • Ingredients: Salt, Spices (Including Sage), Rice Flour
  • No MSG
  • No Sugar

I made a 5 lb. batch , my wife and I loved it . I did add a tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes for some added heat and it turned out perfect for us. Thank You and keep up the great work You do .

The seasoning has good flavor. I think it is portioned correctly for 25lbs. Did not give 5 stars because I could barely taste the sage. Next time I will add sage, cayenne, and crushed red pepper. That will make it perfect for me.

PERFECT is all I can say

Perfectly balanced, perfectly salty, perfectly portioned... and MAN oh MAN the flavor is OUTSTANDING!!! If you are making smaller batches (like me) there is a chart on the website to use to reduce the amounts of meat to seasoning. This company goes above and beyond!!

Milder taste than what I was expecting, will add a little sage and red pepper flakes.
