Dried Jalapeño Powder and Flakes 4oz
Bearded Butcher dried jalapeño powder and flakes are a great addition any DIY home processing recipe. A mainstay in our own Jalapeño Cheddar brats and smokies, our jalapeño flakes and powder are 100% jalapeños. Like our other seasonings and spices, our dried, ground, jalapeño powder is all-natural with no fillers or anti-caking agents.
Instructions:
- Add 4oz jalapeño powder and flakes to 25 pounds of meat. Use more or less jalapeño powder depending on your desired level of heat.
This blend is perfect for my summer sausage. It gave tons of flavor.

I had to break mine down and only use about 2/3 in my batch of summer sausage because i made about 1/3 of it plain for my wife who doesn’t like it spicy. Either way it was great! When i do it again in the future II may just had to rest to my part. Great product!
We made jalapeno and pepper jack cheese and use those two ingredients from bearded butchers then we used our Italian seasoning and made some brats they came out fantastic going to do that again next year
