It provides plenty of cutting space for butchering your venison. The logo tends to grab meat shnibbles, however, and will need extra cleaning.

I bought two of them so my dad and I would have enough space to process our elk. They fit perfectly on our folding tables and plenty of space to process the meat and display all of the cuts. My only complaint, is the logo. I love the branding, but with it engraved it has ridges that particles get left behind after washing it.
