I will start off by saying yum. This country style seasoning is fantastic! I use it mixed in gravy’s and sausage meats. Will say this is paired great with the classic dish biscuits/gravy.

Easy as it gets! Mixed this with 80/20 deer grind/pork fat and came out excellent. Will be fine tuning to our liking next batch with a little heavier hand on the seasoning but not much!
This is a fantastic base seasoning for sausage. It doesn’t have as much flavor as I like in a breakfast sausage, but it works great because I can add whatever I want to make breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, or use it as is in other things. Will definitely be buying it again.

Your product is excellent, however I wish it came in measured packs for only 5 lbs. Of venison. Also, if it came with instructions about if it gets mixed with pork and what is the radio.
