I have made several of your DIY Brat kits and love everything I have tried. Decided to make the old Smokey snack sticks and based on watching many of the bearded bitch videos and read many reviews to prep for it. Decided to add the jalepeno flakes and powder and smoke seasoning! Wow… they turned out awesome!!! Smokey, garlic with a little heat!
Did 12.5lbs with cheddar for the kids and 12.5lbs with jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. They both turned out great. Did 25% beef fat and 75% goose meat
