- 1 pack 17mm Mahogany Smoke Stick Collagen Casings (4 strands)
- 1 pack Sodium Nitrite Curing Salt 6.25% 1oz (This product contains sodium nitrite with a concentration of less than 10%).
- 1 pack Dried Minced Garlic (2oz)
Bought it to try it out and I couldn’t be happier with the results the sticks turned out great and everyone loved them, definitely worth it if you’re wanting to make something delicious!

These kits are really good for a guy that’s always wanted to try making there own sticks but afraid you’ll screw up the flavors. This takes out all the guess work. I really like these for a little lunch pail treat and to hand out to friends and family. It’s hard to find just a plain snack stick at the store and now I have a freezer full . I know this review is all over the place but in the end if you are debating on trying don’t get this it’s easy and great either as your base to start from and let your imagination go crazy or just as a plain stick
Package came as advertised. The pre measurement makes everything easy. Flavor is great, my wife loves the garlic. We cooked ours in the oven and not outdoor in a smoker, it worked well. Great product!
