The Hot seasoning is a great spicy habanero flavor, but go ahead and experiment by adding some of our popular choices like high temp diced cheese (try a Hot with Blue Cheese Combo!) or jalapeño powder by selecting from the options. Great for beef, bison, and wild game like venison, elk and antelope. The combinations are endless!

1 pack 17mm Mahogany Smoke Stick Collagen Casings (4 strands) for 25 lbs
1 pack Sodium Nitrite Curing Salt (1oz) for 25 lbs (This product contains sodium nitrite with a concentration of less than 10%).
