Love how you guys go step my step on everything you prepare… made the sticks found out on the smoker I need to babysit the meat a little more set it to 180 pulled when internal temperature was 160 and sprayed down with water a lot of way over cooked ends ( hard as a rock ) other then my mistake the sticks are awesome and thank you both for all you do for everyone!!

I made ground elk jerky for the first time in my life and used the original jerky blend for it. Once it was done I wasn't sure at first if I like the flavor I usually buy peppered jerky so I realized that's what I thought was missing. Well I noticed as I tried more pieces the better I liked it I liked it so much the 12 pounds of jerky I made was gone within 5 days between me giving some to friends and just eating it everyday all day as my snack it was amazing. I would highly recommend the original jerky if you like mild flavor I already have plans to make my second batch without friends knowing so I can keep all for myself. Thanks for the wonderful product I'm going to try the bold flavor on my next purchase.

I got a chance to use your original kit for jerky I was unable to bag a deer this year but I have a freezer full of pheasants I sent in my unused tag and got 2kits good for 25 pounds each what a brilliant idea and gave me a great opportunity to experiment with birds the direction I received from online made it easy to make a 5pound batch and it worked great great snack excited to make a lot more Thankyou so much smitty

I got the original jerky seasoning pack and Smokey flavoring. The flavor from both of them is amazing and just as expected but just not strong enough for my liking. The flavor is perfect and the combination but I believe you should use just a bit more seasoning than recommended and it is much better. Overall excellent seasoning and great combination just needs a bit more seasoning than instructions call for. For example using enough seasoning for 5lbs of meat and only season 4lbs of meat to enhance flavor.

Everything I ordered was fantastic from Jerry blends to the 3 flavors of snack stick diy kits I also ordered... I will absolutly order all of them again and will definitely try other flavors.. if you process your own venison the diy kits are the way to go for snack sticks and jerky

Gosh I just wanted to say I really appreciate ya'll! Making our summer sausage out of our venison bounty this year was a real pleasure! Best summer sausage we have ever really had since my pappy passed away. I could never get his summer sausage right..but boy ya'll did! Thank you..brings back so many good memories!
