about 4 years ago i made some venison summer sausage and it turned out great, but i have not been able to replicate it,
for the last 2 months I've been watching your videos religiously, i ordered your DYI kit for summer sausage, when i got it i watch your video on making venison summer sausage another 3x to make sure i got it all correct, i wrote down everything.
i made it this past saturday, the only process i did was hang it in my cold smke house for 3 hours then I went to my pellet grille.
Man! it turned out the best i have ever made, everyone at work is just raving about it!!!

This was my first time making summer sausage. The ingredients were excellent. Even though there are some improvements I can make, everyone has loved the way it turned out. I made 25 pounds of sausage using 20 pounds of venison and 5 pounds of pork fat. It adds even more enjoyment to my dear hunting, knowing that this is a product that my family loves.

So glad i ordered this with my kit for making the jalapeno cheddar summer sausage. I really did debate if I needed or wanted it, and i must say, I needed it and my taste buds wanted to try it, now my taste buds need it. I'm about to make another batch of elk jalapeno cheddar summer sausage and I'll be adding this to my next order as well. The mustard seed added that little bit of extra flavor and my sausage turned out great. Just do yourself a favor to add some flavor and get it. You won't be sorry.

I am a first time orderer of Bearded Butcher products. Being my first time ever making summer sausage, I was quite nervous. I put the mustard seed in with my meats. It turned out amazing. Everybody that has tried the summer sausage has loved it. I will definitely be ordering more of their products. I would give all the products I bought as a A+.

I used the mustard seed packs in both the summer sausage kit and the ring bologna kit. I thought they were good quality and complimented the products I made nicely.

I used this as part of the Summer Sausage kit. I used 50/50 pork and venison. The Mustard seed works well and provide a texture note and taste I'm looking for. I will buy these again. Keep up the great work with quality products!

I purchased several kits. Summer sausage was awesome jalapeño cheddar with some seasoning was a hit at work. Brat kits mango tango and Southern peach, my favorite is the Mango Tango, although both are good… thanks for the product..

I concerns at all with this product - I have used it several times and it always turns out great

I used it in different ways, but it wasn't robust as I thought it would be. I was hoping it had more of a kick.
