Excellent Sausage kit!!

Wonderful base sausage flavor! Used with 20 lbs of Venison and 5 lbs of pork trim/pork back fat. Came out excellent! Packaged up 12.5 lbs of patties and 12.5 lbs of bulk. Excellent flavor! Will definitely be ordering again!

Great product

Great flavor and product! The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the collagen casings seem to shrivel up with heat from the frying pan and all of the sausage leaks out each end.

Awesome sausage

Finally got around to making my homemade breakfast sausage. The salt and pepper DYI is everything I like in breakfast sausage. Made 25lbs of bulk and links and they turned out awesome. I added crushed red pepper and sage. Great job Bearded Butchers on again another great product.
