  1. Preheat the smoker to 325°F. Place a skillet on the smoker while it heats so the skillet preheats as well.
  2. Add 1lb of pork sausage to the hot skillet. Break it up as it cooks, stirring occasionally, until it's fully browned.
  3. Carefully remove and discard any extra grease from the Skillet.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients: Cubed Cream Cheese, Tomatoes and Chiles, and The Bearded Butcher Hot Blend
  5. Stir everything together until well combined. Return the skillet to the smoker and let it cook until the cream cheese is completely melted and the dip is hot throughout. 
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately. Enjoy with tortilla chips or your favorite crackers!
