After watching the Bearded Butchers youtube video on how to make venison bacon, I ordered the kit and made a batch. It turned out great and even the people who don't normally like venison thought it was delicious. We plan on making this every year!
Those kits are awesome the only thing that sucked was right after I spent $355 dollars you came out with spend a $150 or more and get a knife for free but I was tapped out on that stuff so I didn’t get a knife I really wanted one too because I do my own deer butchering. But I love your products and all your content is awesome and very educational keep up the great work some day I’d like to make it to white feather meats and meat you guys I’m your brother Sean’s age
