Nice! Well done. We like it spicy... will hit the middle of the pack just right. Flavor comes through. Smoked on a Traeger, low and slow. Crisp outside, moist on the inside.

I’ll tell yall what, this is THE BEST seasoning on planet earth!! This stuff goes on just about everything but probably my favorite thing is some thin sliced chicken breast seasoned with this Bearded Butcher Ranch and cooked on my Traeger smoker at about 375 degrees while using a smoke tube so im getting some good smoke flavor while also cooking at a high temp. I also love making a homemade ranch dip by adding this seasoning to sour cream with some potato chips or even putting that ranch dip on a baked potato. Too many uses for me to list here, I’ll just say it again, this stuff goes on everything!
Very good brats great taste smoked them with mesquite chips over charcoal topped with pico de gallo on a brioche bun!
Both sauces are very good, and very different from each other. You need to respect the Rebel Red or it will bite you back!
