I do 50 lbs Jalapeno cheddar a year with a fresh deer and give it as gifts for everyone. This is the best gift they have received for 3 yrs in a row. I will continue buying from bearded butchers and you should too!
Very good brats. The flavor is great and theres tons of cheese. I did half of the pack and made about 46 brats. Do yourself a favor and use a stuffer instead of a grinder with stuffing attachments.

This is a very well-made, quality knife. Cuts through meat very well. We have only had it for a few weeks, but would buy again!
Wonderful base sausage flavor! Used with 20 lbs of Venison and 5 lbs of pork trim/pork back fat. Came out excellent! Packaged up 12.5 lbs of patties and 12.5 lbs of bulk. Excellent flavor! Will definitely be ordering again!
I cannot tell you how happy I am with the outcome achieved by using the Bearded Butcher seasonings to make my deer bacon. It turned out with a wonderful flavor that makes me proud to share with family and friends
