You cant go wrong with this DIY kit. It includes everything including sauce! You really dont need to smother these brats in sauce though. The flavor is perfect without sauce. The sauce does add a nice enhancement to them though. I will definitely be ordering this kit again. Thanks for a great product that is simple enough to follow yet offers great brats.
Seasonings are great, bought the meat sticks and they are way better than the (ultra brand name) ones filled with fillers. will recommend to others

I was very happy with the bearded butchers maple seasoning kit I got to make deer bacon. First time I've made deer bacon and it has great flavor!
So incredibly thankful for the Natural Cure. Normally I don't eat any brats etc that incude cure as I end up with gout everytime I eat stuff with nitrates in it. I've been using this in our brats and don't have to fear a gout attack.
As always a great piece of steel and quality knife but the sheath seems to be a little messed up as I have to force the knife into the sheath and it doesn’t lock in like my other 5 tha I have maybe it is just the 10” as the 8” and 6” ones lock up fone
