This was originally intended to use in my “cooking compound” but now lives on my kitchen counter. Absolutely love the size and the versatility. I use it for prepping meats for sausage/ brat, smoking, stuffing casings, daily meal prep. Easier to clean and sanitize with a food safe product than anticipated. It is also saving wear and tear on my counter tops. Absolutely recommend this cutting board!

I purchased this for processing summer sausage and other projects. The liners and tub are essential for ease of use and to ensure nothing is wasted. The liners create the perfect way to keep ground meat fresh with an easy way to move between projects.

Love all the flavors so far in the variety pack. The only improvement would be to have them bottled in glass. Would buy them again.
