This is my first order with the Bearded Butchers, and also my first time using the edible collagen casing for my Italian sausage. Watched a video the Bearded butchers made comparing collagen casings to natural casings. So, I gave it a try and glad I did. The ordering process was easy, the delivery was as promised, the quality Great. Do not hesitate to place your order, you will not be disappointed.
What can I say, BB's high temp cheese's are the best. I think I've tried them all now, but this blue cheese is way up there on that list now. If you dare to mix in a sausage receipt, you won't be sorry. But if you want to step into the breach , try this in ground turkey and pork butt and BB spicy sweet and red-hot and you may just find your new buffalo wing sausage favorite.
Beautiful knife and works perfectly. I already had one of these for butchering my deer. I use it for everything in the house. I wanted another for my camper with the kydex sheath. I would highly recommend.

Hands down , this is the easiest and best seasoning kit I have ever bought with quality casings and easy to use and understand directions. The mushroom and Swiss kit was awesome with just the right ingredients I made it with Elk and pork meat and will NEVER again buy store bought Brats again. Thanks to the Bearded Butchers, I'm hooked on these tasteful Brats. Will buy again
Top bratwurst flavor, great southwestern feel.
The kit is very easy and straightforward to use. The flavor of the jerky was pretty decent. It could have used a little stronger BBQ flavor than what you get out of it, but overall the jerky tasted good. It would be nice to see a larger assortment of flavors with the natural cure option. They are definitely on to something with this. I will be ordering a pack of spicy and bold to try another couple batches.
First time using this summer sausage kit. Used with venison and wild boar. While mixing the ingredients you could smell how powerful the seasonings are. Very good flavor. Will be buying again for next seasons harvest!
I’ve been using Bearded Butcher products for years. I now live in Europe and while I have good bratwurst seasoning available, this is still the best.

Jalapeno sticks with a kick! The casings are super snappy and delicious. I love the jalapeno flakes and powder.
