I purchased this for processing summer sausage and other projects. The liners and tub are essential for ease of use and to ensure nothing is wasted. The liners create the perfect way to keep ground meat fresh with an easy way to move between projects.
Love all the flavors so far in the variety pack. The only improvement would be to have them bottled in glass. Would buy them again.

I have been making sausage for 40years and get my casings from the local grocery store. I have tried all the tricks but sometimes they are just tough and chewy. Your casings are fantastic, tender with the right snap. I made brats, Italian and they were excellent in the smoker with my kielbasa.
Zero complaints…..works perfectly and there is no wiggle room for the knife. Toight like a Toiga…..
