Bought the variety pack for making elk jerky. Was surprised at how little seasoning is needed per pound of meat. Excellent flavor and priced perfectly. Will definitely be ordering different seasonings in the future for more jerky. Keep up the good work guys.

Did a full 25lb batch with pork butts. Casings were high quality and stuffed with ease. Flavor is great!
Great flavor for an original snack stick everyone I’ve shared with raves about them. The 17mm casings that come with this kit do require a 10mm stuffing horn fyi. Most available stuffers do not come standard with this size but can be easily found at various vendors online. I’m sure I’ll be purchasing more shortly as these are getting eaten quickly!
This was my first time making summer sausage. The ingredients were excellent. Even though there are some improvements I can make, everyone has loved the way it turned out. I made 25 pounds of sausage using 20 pounds of venison and 5 pounds of pork fat. It adds even more enjoyment to my dear hunting, knowing that this is a product that my family loves.
Directions were great. Super easy to use. Best of all tasted great!!!

I recently made these ranchero brats with venison and this is killer, the only thing I would change is doubling the amount cause these bad boys ain't gonna last long. Great product, fast shipping, keep up the good work!!'

I made the Bearded Butcher Ring Bologna out of last years leftover venison burger. It was the first time I had made Ring Bologna. I thought it was good but when I took it to our family Christmas get together everyone said it was the best they ever had and wanted some! I’ll be making their snack sticks this weekend and expect the same results.
